Check your Transactions
Roblox is holding back all robux purchases for about 7 days.
You can check if you have pending robux on your roblox transactions page.
Also, make sure to check your transaction status on the transactions tab on RBXRise. You have to wait until RBXRise processes your transaction before the robux will show up in your account.
My robux isn't showing up in my transactions.
If your robux do not show up in your account and transactions, contact us. We'll look into it as soon as possible.
In case we are able to verify that this was an issue on our end, you will get refunded.
