What are Chargebacks?
Survey Providers have the right to file a chargeback. This means, the points you have earned will be removed from your balance again.
Chargebacks usually happen due to one of the following reasons:
Speeding
Answering dishonestly
Mismatching Profile
Just as completed and held offers do, chargebacks will display on your account page.
What is a Survey Profile?
When taking surveys, the providers create a "profile" to find more matching surveys for you.
You will usually have to answer a series of questions before being able to take your first survey. This is also a measure to find out more about you to create your profile.
What is a debt?
If you receive a chargeback but have an insufficient points balance, your account will be in debt until paid off.
How do I pay my debt?
When your account is in debt, RBXRise will take 10% of your earnings until your debt is fully paid.
