Pending Offer Information
After completing an offer or survey, the points could be held for a period of time.
This is a Fraud Prevention Measure, it has nothing to do with the user or the offerwall, it's not a punishment or accusation. The offers are held because of their high chargeback rate.
You can see your Completed and Pending offers on your account page.
Offer Status "Under Review"
If your offer is Under Review, it will most likely be released within 72 hours.
This does often happen for higher rewards and new accounts.
Offer Status "Held"
As stated above, holding offers is a fraud prevention measure.
Releasing held offers can take up to 60 days. You can see the release date next to the offer details on your account page.
You can contact us with evidence of completing the offer. We might release your offer early.
